I wasn't a big fan of the latest iterations of Pedestal, which feature Talus and HBC 630 hops. The hops were bitter and medicinal, and those batches were marred by a slightly watery body/mouthfeel. However, this iteration of Dora, combining those two hops, is as good as most of the more recent ones. All hail experimentation!
