GSP is our German style pilsner.
A supremely simple and delectable beer brewed with some of our favorite German malts and then hopped generously with Hallertau Mittelfruh.

Can: Poured a clear golden color lager with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of cereal notes with some residual sugar notes and faint vegetable ester. Taste is a mix of cereal notes with more residual sugar than I like in the style with some vegetable notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. A bit off for me but still somewhat enjoyable.

Decent enough pilsner. Lots of malt and bolder taste than at least one previous pils I had on site. Easy drinking. Wise to use family rated art on the can. Floral. A bit more enjoyed colder.
