Pours very pale yellow with a film of a head retention, along with a ring and some lacing. The nose is of citrus and gentle wood. The wood notes remain when you taste this DIPA, but the citrus is slightly muted, though not as much as is usually the case with their DIPAs. Boozy aftertaste.
Like most of Badlands' DIPAs, this one is nice, but they could have curtailed the citrus even more. But I am splitting hairs here.
