Diamond Shoes is the big sister to our single IPA, The Kid With the Golden Shoes. Gold is pretty great, but is it greater than diamond!? I don’t think so! I mean, yes, “the gold standard” is a saying, but like, that’s with regards to currency and gold holding its value. If you were to have a battle between gold shoes and diamond shoes, diamond would win every time. It’s the hardest element on Earth. It would literally kick the gold shoes hypothetical butt. These are facts people. Important facts. Anyways, this has dissolved into a rant about rare earth minerals having a fictional fight in shoe form. Thank you for coming to my TED talk.

Dry hopped with Mosaic and Simcoe, Diamond Shoes is loaded with notes of tropical fruit, citrus, & candies.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones and some tropical hops notes and with a semi-dry finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones notes, some tropical hops notes and a semi-dry finale. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with nice tropical floral hops notes.

At my lady Pamela's house; canned, from Small Batch Dispatch's December 2024 curation. My second beer from the Inglewood, ON brewery, and first for 2025.

Pouring a nice yellow with seemingly a lot of carbonation. The nose is somewhat nondescript, mostly wood and hops. The taste has notes of mango and lactose with a slightly boozy feel. It is also in fact quite carbonated. It's nice overall, much better than its golden namesake.
