Doublevate is our doubled up version of our single IPA, Elevate. Elevate quickly became one of our favourite beers that we make (along with Sabro becoming one of our favourite hops). Giving this Citra Sabro focused hop bomb the dub dub treatment just felt like the right thing to do because sometimes two of something is better than one. This is that situation.
We taste notes of creamy coconut, bangin’ mango, prickly mixed citrus, and all the tropical fruits. This years version also has a killer fuzzy peach vibe that we seriously dig, and hope you do too.
Be yourself, be happy, be free, friends.

Review from notes. Served cool into a pint glass. Sep 7 /22 Canning date.
Appearance - Hazy, chalky, turbid yellowy color with 2 finger sof fluffy white head.
Smell - Fairly weedy, with some grapefruit and orange blended in
Taste -Same as the nose, weedy, orangey, grapefruit with a definitely wheat forward malt backbone. Fairly bitter in the aftertaste. Booze is disguised
Mouthfeel - Full bodied, rich with light carbonation. Dry finish.
Overall - Pretty darn solid DIPA. Worth a purchase if you can find it.

Typical Badlands look of an opaque, off-orange/brown beer with white, foamy head. Creamy feel and muted hop notes for a Badlands brew. But not a bad thing. Peach, mango and hints of coconut. A little oily on the tongue and a very smooth finish.

Attention mortals, Badlands is now available for sale at Market Brewing! What a partnership. Had to try out this new one fresh from late July. Pours tangerine thick and opaque with wonderful collar. Nose is front forward Sabro citrus of peach and mango. A rich citrus blend greets your mouth from start to finish. Speaking of finish, this one offers a very smooth ending. The can tells us to “be yourself. Be happy. Be free friends” pick up one, or a dozen and do just that: elevate yourself, doubly!
