The cool thing about making a beer that has ghosts all over the label with mad halloween vibes is that it also sent us down a fun little rabbit hole about the origins of the word “boo,” which we all know is synonymous with these bed sheet wearing startlers.
Some fun facts we learned:
1) “boo” is known as a scary word (or at least an attempt to scare someone) in most European languages.
2) The origin of the word can be traced back almost 500 years.
3) you can now say it to your significant other and it’s a term of endearment.
Boo! Is a terrifyingly delicious DIPA hopped with mostly our hand selected Riwaka from Freestyle Hops and a kiss of Citra. We taste notes of dank berry smothered orange flesh.
If you’ve ever wondered why we’re so deeply infatuated with Riwaka hops, this beer does an exquisite job of explaining it in a highly sensorial way.

Draft: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of juicy citrus hops notes with some hoppy floral undertones and tropical notes. Taste is also a mix of juicy citrusy hops notes with some hoppy floral undertones and tropical notes with light residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Enjoyable double NEIPA with nice juicy hops and tropical flavours.
