Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process.
This particular version sees us playing around with malt in order to create more body and perceptive sweetness.
We then dry hopped it with Citra and HBC 638.
We taste citrus, passionfruit and tropical candies.
