Pedestal is our line of single hop beer where we single out one particularly delicious hop and put it up high on a hazy pedestal for your taste buds to enjoy in all its isolated, lupulin filled glory.
This particular version sees us use a new hop from the Hop Breeding Company: 638. A very unsexy number for a name, but one that has quietly garnered some high internal praise and has been described to us as galaxy-esque. We don’t disagree. It is delicious.
Extra bonus fun: this beer was fermented using a brand new thiol-releasing yeast from Escarpment Labs. It is awesome. We taste mixed notes of pineapple, lime and some dank grapefruit.

Lemony hop, lemon gum drop, and they get the taste to feature that. Nice to try.
