Chaotic Summer is an IPA brewed for the chaos that is summer. Canadian weather kinda sucks. Thems just be the facts. Summer is a preciously short commodity that we all cherish and actively try to maximize. Those balmy summer nights under the stars are only here for so long… and then just like that, they’re gone. It’s almost ironic how stressed we can get in an attempt to slow down and enjoy ourselves during this magical weather window!
We hope you enjoy this beer while staring at the milky way, surrounded by the ones you love, taking in everything these rare magical nights have to offer. It's hopped with some of our favs and is drinking sensationally!

Let's hope this beer isn't chaotic.
Pours very pale yellow. The nose is mostly honey with faint hoppiness in the background. Not a pronounced smell. The feel is very creamy, almost lactose like. Muted taste with gentle wood and bitterness in the back. Slightly tart, so I assume New Zealand hops here again.
It's nice though not outstanding.

Spot on creamy malty ipa. Bit of funk in aroma. Very drinkable as warms. Lots of oat and malt. A step up from a plain IPA, like they used to make at places.
