Dry hopped with Citra and Idaho 7, there is absolutely no error being made here.
Idaho 7 has very quickly climbed our completely made up, and only hypothetically a thing, “hops we love” ladder. In the last couple years it has become something of a darling to our dear palates and a hop we’ve turned to more and more. It’s a big hop that absolutely nails the balance between juicy ruby red grapefruit, dank and mixed citrus. It’s intense, unique and layered. We really dig it. We think it pairs superbly well with Citra. Enjoy :)

An odd named beer that pours milky yellow with a decent head. Faint nose of honey and mango. The body has notes of wood and most of the taste is at the back end, with a dry finish. Only a slight tartness. A bit fizzy.
A pretty good beer though the lack of much if any flavour at the front end of each sip confuses me. Still, good enough.

2025 was even better, well rounded, hops without a bad note, malt boosting mouthfeel. Can from the source. Very satisfying hop delivery without hop burn.
