Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process.
For this version of Dora, we decided to once again visit the largest ingredient in beer: water. This time we rebalanced the profile entirely away from all hardenss and pushed the soft and fluffy. We then hit it with the cryo trial blend with a working name "mango" in the whirlpool and followed it up with an appropriately tropical dry hop of Citra, Mosaic and Motueka. Citrus, tropical, mango, soft.
