Mingle is our series of beers where we blend whatever hops we feel like to see if they have chemistry with each other.
For this version of Mingle we decided to use a brand new trial hop blend called "Trial Blend 303." It is composed of Citra Cryo, Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe Cryo and Phantasm powder (for those who don't know, Phantasm is Sauvignon Blanc grape skins from New Zealand that were dried and powderized and contain many thiol yumminess). We used the trial blend in the whirlpool, then dry hopped it with Citra, Mosaic and Moutere.
Super fruity and yummy. Layered in tropical, grapefruit, citrus.
