A beer brewed for our fifth anniversary in collaboration with our friends from Messorem Bracitorium. It is also a beer name we simply couldn’t pass on using for this beer. Why?
1) the band is good;
2) it is a fun sentence;
3) it just works!
Is this what they call “synergy?” perhaps, perhaps.
As per the theme of our anniversary this year, this beer was brewed exclusively with hops selected by Messorem. Hopped with their selected Mosaic and Simcoe.

A collaboration with Messorem Bracitorium from Quebec, of whom I have not yet heard.
This pours a pale orange with a solid head. Unusually so for anything from Badlands. The nose is mostly dank, but also has honey.
Pillow soft is how this feels, but the actual taste of the beer leaves wanting. Much too tart with a hop burn and without much balance, it's a disappointment. Thus the after taste is acidic and obtrusive. A poor collab, with an appropriate name.
