Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process.

For this version of Dora, we modified our base malt in order to try to amplify softness. We then dry hopped it with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe. It's tasting like a citric, tropical fruit dream.

Mastery in execution, lots of lace, easier mouthfeel for the style, some hop aroma, complex and delicate taste.

From Durand. Canned August 31, 2022. Served cold into a pint glass. Thanks Sal!

Appearance - Super hazy and turbid, chalky yellowy gold color with a finger plus of fluffy white head.

Smell - Lots of tropical notes, passionfruit, grapefruit combo with some melon thrown in. Slight dank and weedy undertone. Good intensity.

Taste - Semi sweet, some passionfruit with melon, hints of orange and grapefruit backing it all up. Trace weediness as the undercurrent with strong wheat focused malt backbone.

Mouthfeel - Super smooth, juicy and crushable. Carbonation is low, body is middling, finish is pretty juicy with a speck of dryness at the end. Creamy for an IPA.

Overall - Really good IPA, delicious, juicy with good body and it all just hits the spot.
