A collaboration with our friends from Pub Brewskey for our fifth anniversary.
We built a big ol DIPA base beer and then we dry hopped it with Brewskeys selected Citra and Idaho 7 hops. Delightfully citric, with notes ruby red grapefruit, orange, melon and papaya. Seriously, this is the best tasting Idaho 7 we've ever used. Brewskey selected one heck of a good lot here!

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy bright yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy floral undertones notes with some juicy hops notes and light tropical notes. Taste is a mix of juicy hops notes with some hoppy floral hops undertones with some citrusy and tropical notes with light residual sugar notes but also a dryer than expected finale. Body is full with a nice creamy texture with good carbonation. Nice hoppy double NEIPA with a nice creamy texture.

this was ok, some interest, drinkable, but below expectations. A bit of hop burn most prominent feature.

The can says 8%. This may be a typo, as I had it at the brewery during their birthday bash and I am pretty sure the board says 8.2%. It tasted wonderful but I didn't rate it then.
Pours a beautiful hazy yellow, with a head that only slowly dissipates. The lacing and ring makes it an attractive drink throughout. The hoppy nose is mostly of citrus and wood, perhaps a bit of honey.
And there it is. Delicious notes of mango, papaya, orange, with earthy tones. It would be perfect, save the tiny tartness. Still, it is one of their better beer and they have so many great ones.
Oh, yeah. It's in collaboration with Pub Brewskey, so let's give them some love as well.
