A TIPA brewed in collaboration with our good friends/hop selection partners Blood Brothers and Third Moon for our fifth anniversary.

The idea for this beer is simple, to make a “master blend” of our favorite selected hops from this past years hop harvest and display them for you on a bodacious Triple IPA base beer.

Hopped with Citra, Mosaic and Simcoe this beer tastes like inhaling straight hop matter into your olfactory system in order to select the best of the best for you, our dear customer. This beer is big, beautiful, is clearly from cream town, and fruit laden.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops notes with some huge juicy undertones and light warming alcohol notes. Taste is also a mix of juicy citrusy hops notes with some floral undertones notes with some light fusel alcohol notes. Body is full with good carbonation.Solid TIPA but alcohol is showing a bit too much.

A collab with Blood Bothers and Third Moon - both breweries I enjoy, so this should be good.
Pours a very pale yellow. The nose is lovely citrus but there is also a floral note. For a triple IPA, it is very smooth and deceptively tame, except for a sharp boozy note much after most of the taste is gone. It is well rounded and quite tasty, with mostly mango, but also hints of orange, maybe pineapple. Fizzy.
This one is a strong collab and well done. I feel as though Blood Brothers had the strongest say with the making of this one. Their signature is all over it.
Not perfect, but I am happy to have a couple of cans.
