A pilsner made with all Czech ingredients.
Bohemian floor malted pilsner malt.
Czech Saaz hops.
Water from our well (I guess this would technically be Canadian, shhhh).
Expect notes of bready, honey malt backed by soft, balanced bitterness. Layers of floral and spicy notes. Saaz is love.
One of our absolute favourite beers.

Hits the style. Non-offensive. drinkable and fresh, on tap, at the source. Lace, yeasty, with some European hop finish.
