The monthly DIPA series is our neutral, hop ready canvas to play around with all things DIPA. The goal for the series is not only to bring you at least one DIPA per month, but also to allow us to push our base DIPA recipe in any number of directions with the goal of ultimately tweaking, refining and improving every DIPA in our lineup.

This month we decided to push thiols. We used YCH-303 which is a blend of phantasm, citra, mosaic and simcoe cryo and then we dry hopped it Galaxy, Rakau and Citra. We taste pineapple, orchard fruit and mixed orange.

Draft: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy/tropical hoppy floral undertones notes with some juicy hops notes with light mango and pineapple notes. Taste is a mix of juicy hops notes with some hoppy floral hops undertones with some citrusy/mango and pineapple notes with faint residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Good hoppy double NEIPA with nice tropical notes.
