Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process.
For this version of Dora, we modified our malt base to focus on high protein barley with the intent of making a bigger more bodacious body for the beer.
Dry hopped with Citra and only Citra, we taste notes of ripe citrus soaked papaya and undertones of lychee.

Always a good one is this series so far. Balanced, draft at the source. Juice it looks like.A very well made hazy. I think it was better in the can though.
