The monthly DIPA series is our neutral, hop ready canvas to play around with all things DIPA. The goal for the series is not only to bring you at least one DIPA per month, but also to allow us to push our base DIPA recipe in any number of directions with the goal of ultimately tweaking, refining and improving every DIPA in our lineup.
This month we hammered our whirlpool with a 4lbs/bbl charge of hops and then dry hopped it with our normal dry hop charge of Citra, Galaxy and the newest hop from from Freestyle hops breeding programs: Peacharine. We taste notes of peach, passion fruit and papaya.

Very well done DIPA, as invariably they are. A hint of fir and a very drinkable almost West Coast hop mixture. Can from the source.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops notes with some tropical notes. Taste is a mix of citrusy hops notes with some huge dank floral hops undertones, some tropical notes with some residual sugar notes. Body is full with good carbonation. Well brewed NEIPA with nice hop undertones and tropical notes.
