The monthly DIPA series is our neutral, hop ready canvas to play around with all things DIPA. The goal for the series is not only to bring you at least one DIPA per month, but also to allow us to push our base DIPA recipe in any number of directions with the goal of ultimately tweaking, refining and improving every DIPA in our lineup.
For January, we decided to start the new year off with a new DIPA grain bill, just for the fun’s, of course. Then we dry hopped it with Galaxy, our selected El Dorado and Motueka from Freestyle hops. It is a delectable mix of hard candy vibin pineapple, lime, citrus and mixed tropical notes.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hops floral hops undertones with some juicy notes and tropical notes are also perceptible. Taste is also a mix of citrusy floral hops undertones with some floral hops notes and juicy notes with light residual sugar notes and some tropical/mango notes that are also perceptible. Body is full with good carbonation. Enjoyable double NEIPA with good balance and drinkability.
