Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process.
For this version of Dora, we decided try out a modified mashing regimen, and then we amplified the hop saturation.
Dry hopped with our regular hop load of T-90 citra and then given boosted with an additional 30% hopping rate using a new Citra specific flowable hop product. We taste intense citrus, tropical fruit and prickly papaya.

A good hop creation, without palate burn. Worth having, even though not the best I have had from the Dora series. Just all that whirlpooling takes away the aroma.
