Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process.
For this version of Dora, we used a modified mash regimen. We then dry hopped it with citra and citra cryo. We taste expressive mango, citrus hop expression

Served cold into a pint glass. Review from notes. Durand purchase.
Appearance - hazy pale straw brew with two fingers of head that are short lived.
Smell - dank citrus fruit with overripe mango and gym socks.
Taste- mango and lots of wheat more grainy than anything. Some papaya too. not really ipa ish.
Mouthfeel- juicy and mildly carbonated. Semi dry finish.
Overall- decent ipa but not really that ipa-ish. Lots of wheat malt and lacking bitterness. Ok but we’ll below the standard of the other Dora beers I’ve tried.
