A beer brewed to help support and promote diversity in the brewing industry.
Link Ups mission is to connect talented and passionate individuals from underrepresented communities within the craft beer industry. Whether their BIPOC applicants want to take part in an apprenticeship in a brewery, become a Cicerone®, work in agriculture, or eventually become an owner, they’re ready to help!

For the beer, we whipped up a nice all Citra IPA fermented with thiolized yeast!
The Link Up initiative was founded in 2021 to help diversify the craft brewing industry and community in hopes to see it become as diverse as the world in which it is evolving.
Link Up supports BIPOC applicants throughout Canada by providing free education and scholarships via Cicerone®, an industry wide recognized accreditation. They also facilitate networking between BIPOC individuals and their growing network in the industry by promoting available jobs from breweries looking to diversify their workforce via our job board, The Plug.
