The monthly DIPA series is our neutral, hop ready canvas to play around with all things DIPA. The goal for the series is not only to bring you at least one DIPA per month, but also to allow us to push our base DIPA recipe in any number of directions with the goal of ultimately tweaking, refining and improving every DIPA in our lineup.
This months DIPA features a righteous hop blend of Riwaka, Citra and Sabro. Its explosively tropical in all the right ways with some berry and peach tones.

A very good double IPA, creamy mouthfeel and look, very drinkable balanced yet interesting. Ahead of the curve, each monthly DIPA seemed to push the envelope.

Pours yellow with a head-turn-lacing.
The nose is citrus, with gentle wood notes. Nice, apricot seed and wood in the body, but the citrus dominates. Slightly tart and a bit much carbonation. Those are the knocks but overall, this is a very nice beer.
