Pedestal is our line of single hop beer where we single out one particularly delicious hop and put it up high on a hazy pedestal for your taste buds to enjoy in all its isolated, lupulin filled glory.
This particular version sees us use the newest hop from New Zealand Hop Products: Superdelic.
According to the breeder the following notes can be found in the hop: Trippy, citrus, tropical, berry, bubblegum.

Very tasty. one of the best treatments of this hop.hazy but drying spoils the parade, coming after all the fun they got out of the hop. Can from the source.
