A beer brewed with our friends from Messorem for our sixth anniversary.
This year both of our breweries selected for one of the best hops out there: Nelson Sauvin! There are few things more fascinating in this industry than seeing how different breweries' hop selections vary. It is truly a look inside of the minds and flavor preferences of the people behind the beer. So we thought it would be fun to do a Nelson swap (hence the name of the beer) and brew a beer with 100% Messorem selected Nelson hops!
The beer is a delectable bounty of intense New Zealand hops. Tropical fruit, gooseberry and white wine. Sensational.

Good hop delivery with good malt backing. Well balanced and very drinkable, can from the source anniversary party. There is some haze burn which is normal.
