Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process.
For this version of Dora we used a different base malt with a higher protein content and also employed a modified mashing regimen. It finishes a touch sweeter than our beer normally does and also a touch darker in color.
Hopped with entirely with our selected Citra, we taste a medley of citrus, mango and tropical fruit.
