Durand purchase. Served cold into a chalice. Canned July 17, 2024. Looking like New England style.
Appearance - Super hazy yellowy brew with honey brown highlights. Capped with two fingers of frothy white head and excellent staying power.
Smell - Peach and apricot with a citrus splash maybe a touch of cantaloupe. Not the biggest nose, but what's there is very inviting.
Taste - Mildly bitter with lots of peach and apricot a hint of passionfruit and cantaloupe too. Wheat malt backbone.
Mouthfeel - Very smooth and creamy, juicy with light yet prickly carbonation. Very crushable.
Overall - A very solid IPA from Badlands, worth a purchase if you can locate it.
