The monthly DIPA series is our neutral, hop ready canvas to play around with all things DIPA. The goal for the series is not only to bring you at least one DIPA per month, but also to allow us to push our base DIPA recipe in any number of directions with the goal of ultimately tweaking, refining and improving every DIPA in our lineup.

For November we decided we wanted to blast the whirlpool with a ton of hops. We then dry hopped it with Galaxy, Motueka, and Nelson Sauvin. Estimated calories 246 cal per 355ml

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones and some tropical hops notes and with a semi-sweet finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones notes, some tropical hops notes and a semi-sweet finale. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable NEIPA with nice tropical focus floral hops notes with nice creamy notes with a semi-sweet finish.

At my lady Pamela's house; canned, from Small Batch Dispatch's 2024 Advent Calendar. My third beer overall from the Inglewood, ON brewery, and second of 2025. Exquisitely compelling.

Pours a thick, hazy yellow, with a big head. The nose is of gentle citrus and vanilla.
The taste is some citrus, yes, and some earth tones as well, but boy, a strong dose of smoke is at the forefront, with a boozy finish.
Very unusual, this one. Never tasted such smokiness in a DIPA before. It's not bad, though it isn't a standout either.
