A pale orange pour that has a solid head for a couple of minutes.
The nose is that favourite combo of wood, apricot seed, and pine nuts.
All these come through in the body as well, stronger than I experienced before. But still very yummy.
The carbonation is slightly in the way, however.
Overall, a solid effort.

A Solid DIPA, balance is the word and its got body and hop taste all wrapped up. Nothing exceptional but satisfying it was. Good supper accompaniment.
