Dora is our exploratory series of beers where we mess around with anything/everything from ingredients to process.
For this version of Dora we wanted to try using malted red wheat. It’s very high in protein which should help with body and softness
Hopped exclusively with Citra, we taste huge pineapple, papaya and mixed citrus.

At The Cookie Bar on Drouillard Rd. in nearby Windsor; 4oz. in a flight of four beers (1st in the photo, with my best friend Tiffini). My fourth beer from the Inglewood, Ontario brewery, and third for 2025.

Served into a pint glass at the Brain. Only citra hops. Review from notes and enjoyed end of May 2025.
Appearance - Super hazy, yellowy gold brew with a finger of off white head/ Good staying power.
Smell - Loads of citrus with the faintest nutmeg aroma too.
Taste - Big wheat malt backbone with some sweet notes of guava and a bit of stone fruit too.
Mouthfeel - Smooth and juicy and fuller bodied than most.
Overall - Another solid Dora.
