The third beer in our "Spotlight Caledon" series; where we highlight the varied attractions, natural beauties and landmarks in and around the Caledon/Headwaters area.
Inglewood is a small village within the town of Caledon and is one of the closest to our brewery. The credit river and Bruce trail run directly through the village, which makes it a quaint and scenic beauty to take a stroll through.
Hopped with Mosaic and accented with Motueka, this beer pops with notes of citrus covered berries and tangerine orange with tropical undertones.

Single can from brewery - fresh, canned September 10/25. Initially had on tap on release day September 12/25.
Pours a hazy, slightly milky pale golden yellow - looks like pineapple juice with a finger of creamy irregular white head.
Nose initially strikes as slightly sweaty, oniony, a touch dank; over ripe tropical fruit, some citrus, with herbal notes. I swear I also at one point got a whiff of licorice.
Palate gives grapefruit, lime, grapefruit peel, and again a soft oniony note; there is a pithy bitterness with some background pineapple sweetness and a back end herbal note.
Bright tingly medium mouthfeel with a lasting pithy bitterness, softened slightly by fruity sweetness.
