A beer brewed with Riwaka and Superdelic hops.
These two New Zealand hops are sort of enigmas in the hop world. They’re hard to pin down. So many layers, so many flavors. All of them seemingly better than the last. Superb aging curves with Pokemon-like evolution. One week we taste lolly candy and tropical fruit, the next week it’s red berries and kumquat. Really weird and always wonderful stuff. Which is why we felt compelled to put these two powerfully beautiful hops together and let them get real Ridelic together.
These two hops come together to be good. Real good. How good? Ridelic, if you will.
