Hazy, yellow-gold color. Moderate bar-poured head which leaves some thicker streaks on the glass.
Mostly pale malt with a touch of tutti-fruity nose.
More bitter than the smell suggests, the malt is also drier. Decent body with an elevated effervescence. The finish has almost a hot pepper bite to the hop leading to a long aftertaste.

A "Norwegian IPA", this is a really well made, aromatic, crisp refreshing take on an IPA. Served on draft at the brewery. Not over-the-top in any way this brew would be a great pair with local fare: shellfish, farm fresh veggies, and local cheeses. Excited to try more from Moderation as they expand.
