Taster at brewery. Hazy, pale golden pour, ring of head. Light citrusy aroma, lemon rind. Taste is light, fruity, zesty, sweet with a smidge of bitterness at the close.

up there with their pale ale as the best of the beers we drank in here, awesome hop profile, no burn, highly refined for a hazy, zero bitterness, pale and malty still, but dry as a bone, extremely well done. i wish i knew what the hops were, because they pop in here and come across as quite unique, ripe melon and sweet mandarins and mango, leafy a little bit too though, lemongrass and honey nuances, dynamic and fresh and wonderfully dosed. the beer is very pale, whitewashed yellow toned with a high and frothy white head from the tap. the nose is a little brighter and more distinct than the flavor, a big dry hop here is evident, but the flavor isnt far behind, juicy without being nothing but, no greenness at all, a hint of coconut flesh, honeydew, green grape, and a lot of white wheat underneath, maybe some raw wheat in here too, lots of body but its feather soft and airy in the feel with all this carbonation. it makes me wonder how some of their other beers in here could be so weak, this is fire. this almost has that south african hop character to me, but thats probably a stretch to suggest, i wonder what they use. smooth and flavorful, not too heavy for summer like some hazy types definitely are, and something i wish came to boise. very good.
