Sustained, white head. Medium orange, with quite a bit of amber overtones, for the appearance. A spiced, mixed citrus peel and balanced with caramelized, medium lightly toasted malt, for the aroma. Medium amount of grapefruit/lemon peel flavors, mingling with slightly caramelized malt, which gives it a good mouthfeel.
