Low-temperature mashed Rye and Pilsner malts contribute to a lemony spiciness, accentuated by the piney-citrus aromas from Cascade hops. Crisp efferevescence carries these flavors and more through a drying, water-like mouthfeel. Run with it.

Taster flight at Side A. Clear golden pour, thin white foamy head. Grainy aroma with a touch of rye spiciness. Taste is a full on bready feel with some flavorful notes from the rye. Nice feel too.
