Copenhagen 17/6 2021. 44 cl can from Best of Beers web-shop. Pink can in Apex's usual design with some kind of weird parrot with a scepter in it's beak as poster animal.
Pours opaque, hazy yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles thin, patchy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with a sweet odor of stone fruit and tropical fruit mingling with acerbic scent of citrus fruit. Peach, apricot and mango.
Light carbonation. Slightly thick, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste s bitter and citric. Lingers for a while into a dry finish.
Fresh and a little bit sharp and hoppy.
