Pours a hazy yellow with soft, supple head.
Smell is fruity with herbal and floral hints. Notes of citrus, pineapple and melon.
Taste is fruity and hoppy with some herbal and floral hints. Notes of citrus, pineapple, rose water and a slight hint of banana. Moderate bitterness, very well balanced.
Mouthfeel is medium, soft and well carbonated.
Overall, a really good IPA, quite bitter for Apex.
