Copenhagen 30/5 2026. 44 cl can from A Good Case web-shop. Steel can with a black label with a red devil-like creature explaining that this is an unfiltered lager to me.
Pours almost clear golden yellow with amid-sized white head. Stable. Settles as a paper-thin layer of foam stretching to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is moderately intense wit a sweet and malty odor mingling with a bit of citrus fruit and sour grains. Sweet pale malts and bread. Lime and freshly mown grass.
Medium strong carbonation. Slightly thick, oily, soft lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a rather strong malty sweetness followed by a moderately strong sourish bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish with a bitter sour undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Sweetish and pretty simple
