We’re talking liquid fireworks here, a lupulin-laden wunderkind with a bad temper and some serious chops. [insert: all the fruit emojis].

Copenhagen 26/9 2021. 44 cl can from Dinøl webshop (dinol.dk). Light green can in Apex' usual design this time with a detonating nuke instead of an animal straddling their logo.
Pours opaque, hazy, slightly dirty yellow with a mid-sized white head. Settles as thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Clinging to the sides of the glass. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a light whiff of tropical fruit and a more aggressive scent f citrus fruit. Peach and pineapple. Grapefruit, lemon and pine.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, smooth, lightly tingling texture.
Flavor is fairly intense with a light sweetness followed and overcome by a stronger citric bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter and lingers for a while. Finish is dry.
Nice, high and dry.
