Total darkness. Grim and frostbitten. Endless winter. Welcome to Septentrion.
A typically juicy Double IPA with a really strong body and good consistency that gives space to all the hops, here it is Motueka, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic & Idaho 7 that provide deep hop flavors with hints of tropical fruits and dank hops.

Copenhagen 13/10 2022. 40 cl from tap at Mikkeller & Friends, Stefansgade, Kbh. N.
Pours opaque hazy, slightly dirty, golden yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin flimsy layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Substantial lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of slightly fermented tropical fruits mingling with more subdued citric notes. Sweet fermented, mango, ripe peach and alcohol. Bit metallic. Citrus and grapefruit chiming in.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, viscous, soft, lightly tingling texture
Flavor is intense with a medium strong sweetness followed by a sharp and a bit rough bitterness. Lingering for a while. Dry finish
Potent boozy DIPA with a hard sharp edge.
