Colour opaque black. Light brown foam, finely bubbled and short-lived.
Aroma intense, coffee and even liqueur-like, with a hint of caramel, chocolate. Directly from the bottle, you can still sense sweetly sour, fried plums and a slight roastiness.
The taste is very rich and also intense. Here we have dark chocolate, bitter coffee, cocoa pralines. Slightly acidic on the finish, maybe even slightly dry. Bitterness is dry, grapefruity, very pleasant.
The saturation seems to be a bit too high but ultimately does not bother.
The alcohol is very well hidden, slightly noticeable only in the aroma.
