This iteration is all Idaho 7 and Citra, giving it a nice combo of pine but mostly citrus fruit. We left the body a little sweeter, making this thing dangerously smooth to drink.

A: Pours a clear medium to dark copper in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising from the bottom of the glass and moderate burnt orange + dark golden yellow + amber colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy creamy foamy beige head that slowly reduces to a medium to large sized patch of medium thick film surrounded by a large patch of thin film covering the remainder of the surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate to significant amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of tropical/papaya, citrus/grapefruit, tropical/pineapple, tropical/mango, citrus/orange, and pine hops over the top of moderate aromas of caramel + toasted + biscuit + honey malts with moderate amounts of caramel + honey sweetness.
T: Upfront there are moderate flavors of caramel + toasted + biscuit + honey malts with moderate amounts of caramel + honey sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of tropical/papaya, citrus/grapefruit, tropical/pineapple, tropical/mango, citrus/orange, and pine hops which impart a light amount of bitterness but leave a moderate sweet lingering tropical hop flavor.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp initially with a hint of chewiness mid-body and a hint of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a very pleasantly enjoyable tropical + citrus hop profile. Definitely worth grabbing.
