We used Enigma hops for the first time and I think we're in love :) Mellow tropical fruit abounds on top of a super smooth, soft body.

A: Pours a hazy pale golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate pale yellow + bright yellow colored highlights. The beer has a tow finger tall foamy white head that slowly reduces to a large patch of thin film covering approximately 85% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.

S: Slightly stronger than moderate aromas of juicy tropical/mango, tropical/papaya, tropical/guava, citrus/grapefruit, tropical/melon, and spicy hops 0ver the top of light aromas of biscuit + wheat + oat + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness.

T: Upfront there are light flavors of biscuit + wheat + oat + grainy malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of juicy tropical/mango, tropical/papaya, tropical/guava, citrus/grapefruit, tropical/melon, and spicy hops which impart a light amount of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving a lingering tropical + spicy hop presence.

M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Soft/fluffy mid-body with a light to moderate amounts of dryness in the finish.

O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a really pleasantly soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable and really highlights the Enigma hop which I have not experienced in that many beers but I have really enjoyed this far.
