A: Pours a hazy medium golden honey in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate medium golden yellow + burnt orange + orange + bright yellow colored highlights. The beer has a finger tall sudsy foamy light beige head that slowly reduces to a medium sized patch of medium thick film covering a little less than 50% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light to moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy tropical/mango, citrus/grapefruit, and tropical/papaya hops over the top of light to moderate aromas of biscuit + wheat + oat + caramel malts with a light amount of caramel malts.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + wheat + oat + caramel malts with a light amount of caramel malts. That is followed by slightly stronger than moderate flavors of juicy tropical/mango, citrus/grapefruit, and tropical/papaya hops which imparts a hint of bitterness which fades away quickly leaving lingering citrus + tropical hop flavors.
M: Light to medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp initially with a hint of soft/fluffiness mid-body and a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and with a pleasant mouthfeel (just a little soft/fluffy). Enjoyable with a nice hop combination. I could easily have a couple of these.
