A: Pours a lightly hazy medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and faint apricot + peach + honey colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall fizzy foamy white head that quickly reduces to a large patch of slightly mottled very thin film covering a little more than 80% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Light amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate aromas of tart tropical mango, tropical passionfruit, and tropical guava over the top of light aromas of slightly sour wheat malts and a hint of lemon citrus lacto tartness.
T: Upfront there are light to moderate flavors of slightly sour wheat malts with a hint of lemon citrus lacto tartness. That is followed by a moderate flavor of tart tropical mango, tropical passionfruit, and tropical guava. Light amounts of lingering tartness.
M: Slightly heavier than light bodied with slightly stronger than moderate amounts of carbonation. Light amounts of acidic prickliness.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a nice light mouthfeel. Enjoyable with enough but not too much tartness and pleasant tropical fruit flavors.
