Combines a new yeast strain with bucket loads of a few of our favorite hops. We added Galaxy into the whirlpool, Citra and Ella into the first dry hop, and then 100% Galaxy into the final dry hop. This beer definitely reminds our team of another DDH galaxy beer we've done (cough cough... Anniversary....)

A: Pours a murky milky pale golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of fine active visible carbonation rising along the edges of the glass and moderate bright yellow + pale yellow + faint orange colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall dense sudsy foamy bright white head that reduces to a large patch of thin film covering the entire surface of the beer and a medium thick ring at the edges of the glass. Moderate amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/tangerine, tropical/mango, tropical/papaya, tropical/passionfruit, and spicy hops over the top of just shy of moderate aromas of biscuit + oat + wheat + cereal grain malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness.
T: Upfront there are just shy of moderate flavors of biscuit + oat + wheat + cereal grain malts with a light amount of grainy sweetness. That is followed by moderate to strong flavors of juicy citrus/grapefruit, citrus/tangerine, tropical/mango, tropical/papaya, tropical/passionfruit, and spicy hops which impart a hint of bitterness which fades away almost instantly leaving a lingering citrus + tropical hop flavor.
M: Medium bodied with moderate amounts of carbonation. Slightly crisp initially with a moderate amount of soft/fluffiness mid-body with a light amount of dryness in the finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a pleasantly soft/fluffy mouthfeel. Enjoyable with a really nice combination of hop flavors and aromas really highlighting the citrus and tropical aspects. I could easily have a couple of these and would love to see this beer a part of the regular rotation.
