This light lager is bolstered by a heavy dose of flaked corn in the mash, yielding a super crispy little boi that carries that sweet corn backbone from the nose through the finish.

A: Pours a lightly hazy medium golden yellow in color with moderate amounts of active visible carbonation rising quickly from the bottom of the glass and faint bright yellow colored highlights. The beer has a three finger tall fizzy sudsy foamy bright white head that reduces to a medium to large sized patch of thin film covering a little more than 50% of the surface of the beer and a thin ring at the edges of the glass. Minimal amounts of lacing are observed.
S: Moderate to strong aromas of sweet corn adjuncts over the top of light to moderate aromas of grainy malts. Light aromas of grassy + herbal hops.
T: Upfront there just shy of moderate flavors of grainy + bready malts with moderate to strong flavors of corn adjuncts and a moderate amount of corn adjunct sweetness. That is followed by light flavors of grassy + herbal hops which imparts a light to moderate amount of sharp bitterness which fades away relatively slowly eventually leaving a clean finish.
M: Light to medium bodied with slightly heavier than moderate amounts of carbonation. Crisp with a relatively clean finish.
O: Easy to drink with well hidden alcohol and a refreshingly crisp mouthfeel. Enjoyable and I could easily have a couple of these.
